We listen to the concerns and needs of our clients and then meet as a team to collaboratively respond with researched information and care, and we work hard to base each approach depending on your needs. However, it is a requirement that all first-time clients meet with our team face-to-face, whether it is in our office or at a local restaurant. Having this interaction not only helps our advisors get to know you personally – it also allows us to hear your story and begin developing solutions in advance.

1. Introduction

We will establish our relationship with you to ensure that we are a good fit, and then we will define the scope of your financial plan.

2. Data Gathering

Our team will assess your risk tolerance, your financial statements, and your personal goals and objectives to consider along with your plan.

3. Analysis

Once we have the information we need from you, we will proceed to evaluate data, determine any potential gaps in your plan, and start to develop financial strategies unique to your situation.

4. Presentation

After we have collected a variety of options for you to pursue, we will talk to you about problems and solutions, the cost and benefit analysis of those options, and what will happen if you accept our proposed plan.

5. Implementation

When you give us the green light, we will execute your financial strategies using the products and services that we recommended in the previous meeting.

6. Reports

Once your plan has been put into action, we will meet both annually and as-needed in order to establish checkpoints, present performance reports, and share ongoing reviews.
